Every reservation will have to be accompanied by a down payment equal to 30% of your stay, or one night room rate minimum (payment by cheque or credit card). That sum will be deductible from the amount due at the end of your stay.
Cancellation terms applied by the hotel:
1. Cancellation less than three days prior to arrival:
the down payment will be kept by the Hotel Cheval Blanc or one night rate charged from your credit card details.
2. Shortened stay:
For any interruption of your stay prior to the departure date initially arranged, the whole duration booked will be charged as penalty. However the hotel will consider each case individually.
Arrival and Departure:
1. Arrival :
Rooms are available from 3 PM
2. Luggage :
the luggage room is available from 7,30 AM to 10 PM
3. Departure :
Rooms are to be vacated by 11 AM
